Founded by former academics who made the leap, we blend career coaching, industry insight, and creative networking to help academics unlock their potential. Our mission is to turn research skills into industry impact, while building a community where knowledge meets opportunity.

 

Why us? Well quite simply...We’ve been there. Like many academics, we once faced the uncertainty of leaving research behind and stepping into industry. We know firsthand how overwhelming, and exciting, that transition can feel. It was this very experience that inspired us to create Route 75: a space designed to guide and support academics considering the move. Today, we help PhD students, post-graduates, researchers and academics navigate their own journey with confidence, clarity, and the tools to succeed in impactful industry careers.
