1. Introduction

Welcome to Route 75 HQ LTD. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of coaching services, CV reviews, and networking events ("Services") provided by us. By booking or paying for any Service, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

​

  • Bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received.
     

  • Payments must be made in GBP.
     

  • All prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed price.
     

  • We do not offer refunds once the Service has started or materials have been delivered, unless otherwise stated.
     

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule sessions without penalty.
     

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. For package clients, the session will be counted as used and deducted from your package (e.g. 1 of the 6 sessions).

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. In such cases, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.
     

 

4. Scope of Services

​

  • Our Services provide professional advice and guidance; however, no guarantees are made regarding job offers, career progression, or specific outcomes.
     

  • Clients are responsible for their decisions and actions based on the advice provided.
     

  • Services are not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.
     

 

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • All client information and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent except as required by law.
     

  • Personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
     

  • By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
     

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during Services (templates, guides, feedback) remain the intellectual property of Route 75 HQ LTD.
     

  • Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
     

  • Unauthorised distribution, copying, or resale of materials is prohibited.
     

 

7. Liability

​

  • Route 75 HQ LTD’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
     

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
     

  • Clients use Services at their own risk.
     

 

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

  • Clients may raise complaints by contacting us at admin@route75hq.com.
     

  • We aim to resolve all issues amicably and promptly.
     

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

 

9. Miscellaneous

​

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
     

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms; updated Terms will be posted on our website and notified to Clients.
     

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Route 75 HQ LTD.
     

 

10. Code of Conduct (Networking Events)

​

  • All attendees must behave respectfully and professionally.

​

  • Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
